-Thomas's of York-
Review:
Previously a pub, a music venue, then a restaurant and now happily a pub again. Situated opposite York Library in plain view of the Minster, Thomas’s has always been a pretty straight forward pub for York, little has changed in the way of décor since its brief existence as a restaurant apart from the new Union flag ceiling which they are slowly getting every famous person that enters to sign. It’s a large but peaceful place with several rooms and plenty of seating; they have a small range of beers at average prices and no outside area. Overall it’s very well presented, clean and bright, feeling like a traditional meeting-up pub, nothing standing out as amazing but just pleasant all round.
